Cameras Endorsed in Federal Courts - Ninth Circuit

The Nevada Lawyer is reporting a resolution from the recent Conference of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals endorsing the use of cameras in Federal District Courts. Camera access would be limited to non-jury, civil cases in the District Courts.
