Law in a Nutshell in a Nutshell

West is making some of its most popular titles available for downloading to Kindle and the Kindle app for iPhone and the IPod touch.  Such blockbusters as Federal Income Taxation, 11th ed., Immigration Law and Procedure in a Nutshell, 5th ed., and Justice Scalia's Making Your Case: The Art of Persuading Judges can now be read on the small screen (remember when that meant your TV?), taking the "heavy" out of heavy reading.  However, since Amazon has inexplicably failed to address the Kindle's crippling lack of page numbers, it still can't be recommended as a platform for serious textual study.
