Cost effective research tips

Both Lexis and Westlaw have developed handy guides for cost effective research techniques using their services.  For Lexis, remember to use the right ID (hourly vs. transactional) and make liberal use of the Focus feature.  For more Lexis tips, the guide is here.  On Westlaw, narrow your search with the Locate feature, use the Find feature for a known citation, and don't forget about West Key Numbers.
